Terms of Service

by reading this page and submitting an inquiry, you are agreeing to adhere to my terms; all commissions are for personal use only.

GENERAL

Please note that, by default, all commissions are for personal use only. Commissioners are free to utilize their commissioned work as icons, headers, etc. Utilizing commissions for t-shirts, charms, in commercial projects (ie: visual novels/video games/etc), etc. is prohibited.
Terms for commercial projects must be discussed via e-mail.
Unless specified, your commission may be displayed on my social media or on this website as examples; if you would not like me to publish your commission, please let me know.

If production has been started on a commission, a full refund will not be issued in the case of a cancellation. Instead, a partial refund will be issued based off of the amount of work that has been completed at the time of the cancellation.
Refunds of any kind are not available for certain styles. Sketches, simple busts, etc are non-refundable as by the time cancellation is discussed I have likely already made a lot of progress on those pieces.

Major revisions are subject to additional charge after rendering has begun. Minor revisions such as changes to accessories, addition of tattoos/markings/etc., and color corrections can be done for free.
The final price of the commission will include the PayPal fee. The price of the commission including the fee will be confirmed with the commissioner before the invoice is sent.
Turnaround time denotes the maximum amount of time it may take for a commission to be completed. This means that it's possible for me to get your order to you sooner, and commissioners are free to inquire about commission progress at any point during the turnaround window. If I need more time to complete a commission, I will let the commissioner know!
Commissioners are allowed to propose a deadline, however, it must be discussed in the initial inquiry and I must be allowed two weeks minimum to work on a piece. Commissioners who wish to impose a deadline 2 weeks after the commission has been accepted may be subject to a rush fee. If I am unable to accommodate the new deadline, the commission may be cancelled.

- Will be subject to additional fees (may go up to +25% of the original price of the commission)

Fill out the form found on the order page in its entirety or send me an e-mail at
tsamcomi〇gmail.com (〇 → @). I will e-mail you back at the address provided to confirm your slot. If I have not responded to your e-mail after 48 hours, please feel free to e-mail me again!
After price, deadline, and details have been confirmed, I will send an invoice. Full payment is requested upfront unless the order exceeds $100, in which case 50% of the full order price will be requested upfront and the remaining payment requested at the rendering stage.

If a commissioner fails to pay the invoice within a week, the commission will be automatically cancelled.
Once payment has been received, I will begin work. Typically I ask for confirmation regarding poses, expressions, etc, so commissioners may expect a preliminary sketch. If I require further input, I will contact the commissioner for feedback! Please note that I do not work on commissions every day, so daily/weekly updates may not be provided. To check progress on your commission, please consult my queue.
After I've completed the commission, I will send it to the commissioner for final approval.
